At Plato's Closet you'll find a huge selection of trendy, designer styles as well as those every day basics you can't live without - all at up to 70% off mall retail prices! Most of our stores buy and sell girls sizes 0/1 to 15/16 and guys size 28 to 40 waist. Please contact your local store for more details. We're not your typical secondhand clothing store. The gently used clothing and accessories that we buy are: top-name brands, cool, hip, trendy, clean and in good condition. Typically we buy items that have been in the retail stores within the past 12 to 18 months and are current teen and young adult styles still seen in the mall. Check with your local store for the specific buying standards and needs as well as hours of operation and buying hours. These may vary somewhat by location.

How does the buying process work? At Plato's Closet Exton, our fashionista certified-buyers look for the hottest trends and styles geared towards teens and young-adults. We buy a wide variety of brands and we buy all seasons every day for both girls and guys. We purchase current casual junior size apparel and accessories that have been in the stores within the past year and a half. If your items meet the style and condition requirements set forth by corporate, the certified-buyer processing your buy will input your items into our computer system. That computer system will establish a price for that item based on its style, condition, and brand and we will give you cash on the spot for the items, which is about 30 to 40% of what we sell them for in the store. Please remember we are a discount store and sell our items for up to 70% off regular retail prices. You are not obligated to accept our offer for any or all items. Selling the best your closet has to offer is easy and free!

1. Bring in your gently used brand name clothing and accessories. 2. While you check out the latest styles in the store, the buyer will review your items. 3. The buyer will create an offer based on style, condition, brand and the store's current stock levels. 4. Once you accept the offer, you'll be on your way with some extra cash or a hot new outfit (or two)!
