i've used Hart appliances since we moved to our home 22 yrs ago. Their work has always been for washer and dryer. We needed to refer them to one of our clients to help with appliances that were impacted due to an electrical surge. They were prompt, diagnosed the issue quickly, ordered the parts and fixed what needed fixing. Today my dishwasher needs help. I called Hart this morning, because who else would I call:)

I called Hart's looking for a piece of duct for my stove, and they told me they actually don't sell parts separately. Well, the good thing is their professionalism came through anyway because the person that took my call immediately helped me by providing me with the number of a store that would sell me what I needed. If they are this good when they don't get to bill, imagine how good they should be when you actually do become a customer. Outstanding from my point of view. Thanks, Harts!

I called Hart because my GE Washer stopped spinning. I live in Berwyn. Two technicians showed up. Properly diagnosed that the lid switch was bad. They replaced and were out of here in 15 minutes. I was charged over $170 total for this repair, which includes only 1 part that is under $30. As they left I put in a load of wash and went back to work. When I came home Monday night the waher had dumped all the water all over the laundery room floor. I called (again) and was told a tech would be out Tuesday to check it out. A guy came out yesterday and showed me that the hose that runs into the drum from the bleech feed had a bad connector. Implied it was just a coincidence. He put on a new connector (Again - at the end of the hose at the bottom that goes into the drum) and left after about 5 minutes. I was not charged. Put in another load and that night AGAIN all the water dumped. This time the top of the hose came loose. For that much dough, they should check the system!

Very disappointing. Repair person come out and charged for the visit, then gave a quote for parts and labor of an additional $260. I went to justanswers.com and after paying $20, I was able to reset the stove and have not had a single issue. Hart never tried the simple reset to resolve the problem. I would never us Hart again.
