Howard Muzzy and Edward F. Lyon sold mill supplies and rubber goods. The company has since transformed into a global supplier that offers a comprehensive portfolio of products, brands and solutions to the automotive and other industries. The company s products include bearings, pistons, transmissions, friction, wipers, lighting, brakes, fuel pumps, gaskets and engine components. Several brands are Precision, Champion, Glyco, Speed Pro, DURON, Wagner lighting and Wagner Brakes. It has nearly 200 facilities worldwide and employs more than 45,000 people.
