I am happy to report that Great North has managed our property in Nashua for twelve years and has done a terrific job. They communicate constantly and are open to suggestions and new ideas. In my book I rate them very highly! What I like most is that when I call their office I get a real person answering the phone not just voice mail. Our property manager Shelby is top knots and has been with us for years, she know's her job and gets thing done. I appreciate all they do for us!

A company really shows its true colors during a serious emergency situation. Great North did it for me during the run up to hurricane Sandy. Starting Friday nearly three days before the storm was to hit we received ongoing communication from both our manager and from the senior managers at Great North. The communication ran the gamut from emergency newsletters, to e-mails, to reverse 911 type calls. When a tree came down at our community we made a call to them and men two were present to reopen our road within 30 minutes. And that was at 10 PM in the heart of the storm. Professionalism counts and the Great North team really showed it during this tough and unexpected hurricane. The folks at Great North really went the distance to service us. We all thank them and really appreciate what they did to keep us safe!

Gail has been our Great North Manager for close to ten years. She is through, accurate , and very knowledgeable. She knows our property inside and out and is very helpful to our older residents. Being a 55 and over community it takes a lot of hand holding and Gail does it very well. Great North in my eyes has done real well for us. The provide a lot of service for not a lot of money.

As a Board Member and a long term condo owner I have found Great North excellent to work with. In 15 years we have only been serviced by two Property Managers and both ladies have been great to work with. The financial info they give us is also very good, our auditor/CPA has never found a problem. I would describe them as professional, fair, honest and involved. For the most part we are very happy with them.

As a condo owner I have found Great Northern a fine company to deal with. After the wind storm earlier this year we had water pouring into our bedroom from a roof leak that was caused by a tree crashing into our unit. We called Great Northern a 2:00 AM and expected the worst. Within 15 minutes we received a call from their on call maintenance tech. We explained our situation, and he said he would be right over, again we held our breath. . He arrived 45 minutes later, and two other guys showed up 15 minutes after that. They cut the tree, and placed huge blue tarps over our damaged roof. They worked very hard and saved our unit from what could have been a huge disaster. Within a week the roof was patched and the interior damage fixed. All I can say is way to go Great North and Thanks!

My Association in Nashua NH had four companies each lasting no more than two years. We hired Great North in 2004 and they are still with us and as a Board Member I'm pleased. No relationship is perfect and has some ups and downs but they are dedicated to doing a good job. I receive a call back from them immediately and get good feedback from them almost daily. In the five years we have had just one manager. He knows his stuff and doesn't take BSm our contractors who are not delivering. The accounting information they give us is on time and accurate, and there Controller in Portsmouth takes her job very seriously and if we have a question she is Johnny on the spot with an answer. I am happy we switched!

I am on the Board of a rather large condominium association in Manchester New Hampshire that has a fair amount of retired people, and a good number empty nesters. We have been with Great North for about five years. Our manager has found a way to satisfy our diverse group of home owners. Before Great North our open Board Meetings were filled with owners who had complaints about lots of things, the biggest being no return phone calls. Our Board meetings would last three or four hours. As Great North took hold all of that negativity disappeared, the Owners are happy and the Board is very happy not having to be yelled at. Being a Board Member is no longer a grind it's actually become fun. Things get done quickly and communication is great. I think Great North and our manager deserves our thanks. As a Board we would highly recommend them to anyone who needs property management !

Our Association located the NH Seacoast in Hampton retained the services of Great North Property Management a few years ago, and to say the least they have done a wonderful job. Our manger Gail is outstanding she is always available when we need her. In December 2008 we had an awful ice storms with trees down everywhere we called Gail, and not only her but her boss Lou and a crew of 6 maintenance men where at our complex in less than 30 minutes opening the roads and removing the down trees. Who could ask for more. We have had other companies over the years and GREAT NORTH is THE BEST!!
