Picked up my LG flat screen today, 03/17/12. Just five days after drop off, it was repaired with a new panel and back in my home. I am impressed, so far, with the workmanship and the overall service. I never spoke to the Repair Tech Alex, but I would recommend your business and I am grateful to you and to LG warranty services.

I recommend this business. Resolved my LG warranty flat screen issue within 5 days. New panel, LG is home and doing fine. Office person was quite but efficient and professional. Very clean tech shop. Claim # 47748. I give them an A+. Thanks for great service, Dave

I was very pleased with the service ... had problems with a Fisher Paykel dishwasher that no one could figure out but they were able to ... glad to know there is a company out there with competent technicians who have knowledge of these types of appliances ... not easy to find these days ... I would recommend them highly

The technician is knowledgeable, but got in late, made us worry that he would not come. At least we got a call after appointment hours that he is on his way. It would be nice if this call would come somewhat earlier.

I had a service man come to my house to work on my washer combination unit that would not dry. He checked it and said he knew what it was and that he needed a part to fix it. He checked his truck and had the part in the truck and then fixed it, after it was done he asked me for $200 more then the price he originally told me. He called his boss and then knocked off $100. I had no choice but to pay, it seemed like an acted out play to get more money from me. I will never use or recommend this company to any one. When I called another company to ask about the part and how much it would cost to repair the price they gave me was 75% less! Besides this the phone service was less then polite. This is a company that should not be in business.

I don't usually take the time to praise a company who offers great customer service. All too often, we as consumers "expect" it. But today I am taking the time to offer praise and accolades to American Unlimited/Ewing Repairs following a pleasurable service experience I had with their organization today.They arrived to our home within 12-hrs of our trouble call for our LG washer that had gone on the fritz. Victoria of their service department called me 30-minutes in advance of our appointment so I could rush home (so I could go to work instead of having to wait at home). Their technician, Russel, was very courteous and offered informed answers to all my questions as he fixed our washer. He arrived and diagnosed the problem and was actually carrying the manufacturer's part (LG) on his truck. He was here & gone within an hour and the washer works again. I can't express how gratifying it was to pay the bill for services rendered since I felt like we were so well taken care of.

I was extremely unhappy with this company. They came to my house unprepared without even a flashlight to look into my machine and asked my 87 year old partially blind and disabled mother to quickly find him one. They came back more then once to try to fix my machine and it cost me over $400 to no avail, it is still not working. I followed their instructions on operating the machine that I paid $2000 for (an LG washer/dryer combination unit) by not washing blankets in it but the customer service representative and owner pretty much accused me of lying. This company is very difficult to deal with and does not honor their parts and the warrantee time they promise. Customer service reps refuse to give names and are very difficult to understand. I was agitated with the issues and rather then try to be helped was hung up on. They disturbed my elderly mother and have made things very difficult for me financially to have my machine fixed again because of their high prices.

Worst repair facility I ever went to

Very unreliable and rude. Had my Home theater system sent for repair in June and still don't have anything as of October. He recieved a replacement unit for me and had it sent back to the factory. Never once called me with update.
