Her staff is very unpleasant. One in general. Very rude and makes you uncomfortable, as if the exams aren't uncomfortable already. I'm sure you could find someone who makes you want to be there. I am considering leaving for the very popular OB-GYN RIGHT NEXT DOOR, even though the appointments are hard to get. Also, it's very upsetting to find out I'm not the only one who is put on hold for over six minutes. Check ratemds.com.Terrible.

Don't do it.Agnes, one of Dr. Diniega's staff is completely off-putting. She has accused me of not giving certain information or making scheduling errors (when I had not done either). In the case of withholding information, she had specifically asked for my phone number, and only after I called back to follow up (45 minutes later, since she hadn't called back), did she inform me that I "failed to tell her which pharmacy." BUT 1) I had given her the pharmacy info, and even more upsetting is that she, given my phone #, did not call back to ascertain this "missing" information.I would expect a pleasant atmosphere at an OB-GYNs office. But when dealing with her, it is very displeasant. As if the exams are not uncomfortable enough!I can excuse the stupidity but not the rudeness.Dr. Diniega needs to get rid of her, or Dr. Diniega risks losing patients (I'm not stopping my friends from leaving her). I know I'm not the only one complaining about a rude staff.
