This is the Subway located the closest to the Everett Boeing site, and should be very efficient, but it's not. I've been in twice with medium size orders (six to eight sandwiches). Instead of putting two or three people together to get my order out quickly, I had to wait while the customers behind me were served, so in effect, I was penalized for having too many sandwiches. I was asked to call my order in next time, so today, I tried to call in an order and was asked to hold - six minutes later I hung up (and called another store with success). I've had three experiences with this location now, none of them pleasant.
