- The Snohomish County Police Staff and Auxiliary Service Center, also known as SNOPAC, is a part of the government of Snohomish County in Washington. Established in 1974, it is a 911 dispatch center that takes calls for emergency police, fire and medical services, as well as informs the concerned resource agencies. The Snohomish County Police Staff and Auxiliary Service Center processes more than 640,000 calls every year. It works to improve interagency communications and coordination in situations that involve multiple agencies. The center dispatches for over 20 fire and aid agencies, as well as nearly 10 police jurisdictions. The Snohomish County Police Staff and Auxiliary Service Center is funded by the tax collected on telephone services.
