A driver last night went past their window and the driver claimed the first time I called hopelink that it was traffic, it was already 5:45 pm. So ok then it was 6 pm pickup...15 minutes past the 30 minute pickup window. At 6:20...nothing, no one and by then they locked the doors so...I was locked out, in Seattle at night >

i would give this company a negative score if possible. they are contracted with hopelink which transports medicaid recipients to medical appointments. they were scheduled to pick my mother up for dialysis on a sunday morning. the driver arrived 15 mins early and when my mother asked him to wait 10 mins so she could finish breakfast he refused and according to not only my mother but staff at the assisted living facility, was rude and told her she needed to leave right then or he was going to leave. which he did leaving her with no transportation. when i called the company the person i spoke to was totally unapologetic and instead called the driver for his version which she reiterated with the fact he was one of their best drivers. hopefully they will get dropped by hopelink if they have such terrible service for vulnerable passengers

I called their office to report a driver that was tailgating, and weaving in and out of traffic. The person who answered the phone asked for my name and when I told him it wasn't a call to request their services he put me on hold for 5 minutes. I called back and he told me he was too busy to talk to me and I should call later. Clearly safety is not a priority for this company.

I was almost hit by one of their drivers yesterday and noticed that she had a phone tucked into her head dress.. I took pictures of it and plan on making a complaint. .
