We are selling our home. An inspection report showed a blockage in our sewer pipe and we were worried, especially about the cost of repairs! Vladimir actually called us to let us know he could come a bit earlier to evaluate the problem, if it was okay! He performed his evaluation and made arrangements to get pictures taken for the inspection report. He eased our minds, was efficient and pleasant. Very professional. My baby flushed my keys down the toilet and clogged the toilet. The technicians (Giovanni and I forgot the other guy's name) arrived the same morning and snaked the line and cleared it up. They explained all the options and costs to me upfront, they worked quickly and did a great job. They were very friendly and professional. They took care to wear booties when walking inside the home and they even washed the doorway as they left. They did an excellent job re-installing and caulking the toilet. I would definitely recommend this team to others and will call them again if I need to.

We are quite pleased with Sam Deirdar and the Roto Rooter team in solving our dishwasher drain issue. We noticed the back up problem and I choose Roto Rooter because it has a plumber close to my home and the reviewers were high. Scheduling was easy and quick because they have a tight system down. I received a follow up phone call telling me that Sam was on his way. Less than 20 minutes later he arrived. I was kind of surprised by the high price since I didn't ask for an estimate. So Sam reduced it a bit. He said that because our DW was old he may not be able to fix the issue. I went ahead and OKed the work. Luckily it turned out fantastic. After several attempts to clean the drain he re-routed the drain into our disposal and replaced all of the PVC pipes under the skin. Everything was working again in less than two hours. I am keeping Sam's card in case we need to hire him again. Highly recommended.

After having issues with backup, we called Roto-Rooter and they came out within 2 hours of calling. Casey was very helpful and knowledgeable about our issue. He cleared the blockage on our main line and got water flowing again. He helped us with our next course of action and where we needed to go from there. We very much recommend calling if you needed work done in your home.

Florin came to my house on time and installed a new toilet. He was very knowledgeable in explaining my toilet installation options. He was able to accomplish the task quickly and the toilet works fine. I have used rotor-rooter on several projects and the results have always been excellent.

We had a burst pipe and the service was quick to answer. However, the window of time given for them to arrive was 4-8 hours after my call and shot my whole day for work. When the guy arrived, he was great! He was professional, funny and knowledgeable. The job was finished within an hour and we are happy, overall, with the service.

I had to replace a kitchen faucet also attached under sink water filter system. mike noticed our pipes needed to be replaced also.. so added that to our list to prevent any future problems. mike did a very good job. he was very professional and friendly.

I got a clog toilet due to my daughter flushing a cellphone toy. I was so stressed and worried because I don't know how will the plumbers will get the toy out without having to take out the toilet. Tim and Richard came got the job done. They got the toy out in less than 5 mins. I was really expecting they might to take the toilet out but they didn't have to. The service tech and his trainee arrived on time (less than an hour after I made the call), were very polite and personable, quickly assessed the job (secondary pipe from laundry room clogged), gave me an estimate (which was a bit high, but they kindly told me about a $50 coupon available online). They did the job efficiently, gave me some advice on drain enzymes, and I was over all very pleased. I'll call and ask for this tech in the future if problems arise.

My sewer was totally backed up draining out of the first floor toilet, they were right out in the late evening although the snake could not reach the problem (it was across the street at the sewer line) he had set up someone to arrive in the morning to use a camera to find where the problem was and sent a someone out with a water jet and while they were waiting for him they found the buried clean out and dug to it and it was ready for the water jet machine, above and beyond in my opinion and raised it up to ground level. The employees were very courteous and professional (top notch). If I need plumbing services again I would use Rotor rooter again.

The two technicians who showed up, on time, were very pleasant and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. They even pointed out some easy things we could do to keep our system running smooth. I needed help because of an overflowing toilet and backed up bathtub. After the clean-up (3 AM), I got online to look up Roto Rooter's number, and was pleased to see that I could schedule service through the website, and even pick my most convenient two-hour window for them to arrive! Ron K. was dispatched, and despite a two-hour drive time (Bellevue/Seattle Saturday traffic), he got right to work, was pleasant, and patiently explained what he was doing and what his findings were. All this in the very hot summer sun, without a grumble. Roto Rooter employs quality people.

Sewage backed up in basement/carpets/bathroom etc. Not much time for "estimates" from several companies. Unfortunately, called Roto-rooter -- they DID come out quickly and after an hour told me it would cost approx. $7,000 to complete repair. What was I to do? After seeing what they did and the minimal time involved (total 5 hours), I complained but to deaf ears. I subsequently called three other plumbing firms and received estimates ranging from $450 to $1,600. WHAT A TOTAL RIP-OFF. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY --- EVER, EVER, EVER !!!!!!!!!

Tech arrived within 2.5 hours of us calling dispatch. He was fast and efficient in his working, he cleared both shower and toilet blockages and explained everything so we could understand it and prevent it in the future.
