We have been going to Pignataro Volkswagen for over 16 years. We have dealt with both sales and service. They have always been excellent to work with even when there were problems. They strive to make their customers satisfied.

Although we didn't buy our Jetta from Pignataro, we have been servicing it there for over two years. Our last service was very challenging as our mechanical problem was intermittent. Their lead "master" mechanic put in significant additional time to locate & resolve the problem without charging us more than the original estimate. They even had to rush deliver parts to get the car done on time...we're very satisfied!
