Unprofessional staff, grungy salon, poor technique, high prices for what you get. I paid $150 for a full balayage, plus $30 for 3 xtra bowls of color plus $40 for toner -all of which should have been included in the"full balayage" that I originally purchased. There was no fine print stating that if you had thick hair, you would have to pay close to triple to get a full balayage...once in the chair, I agreed to pay the extra $10 per bowl because I wanted my hair to look good, like the picture I showed. But instead it looks like I had a foil, with large blonde chunks. ( because their " balayage" technique is a foil starting half way down your head, I promise you it's awful.)I asked that it would gradually lighten toward the ends, but the top of the blonde streak is the same color as the bottom..that is not what I asked for. She should have told me from the start that she could not give me what I wanted. It's very, very frustrating to spend that amount of money ( plus $50 tip) only to have something that you didn't want and do NOT like..then they told me that for another $200 they could make it a " full" balayage like I asked for initially (maybe, it might just look like more highlight steaks) after much back and forth with the salon, they did not refund me any money. terrible mistake I made going there, don't make the same. I've had my hair redone at Gene Juarez, where they agreed with me that what Invante salon did was not a balayage, or even a partial balayage, but a foil- chunky light blonde highlights put into brunette hair ( awful!!!)
