Comments: I took my 2002 Dodge Dakota to Bucky\'s in Everett, WA with an overheating problem. Previously i had taken it to my local automotive repair shops and local Dodge dealer-the first thing out of their mouth was \"it will cost from $125-250 to diagnose the problem and this will not be deducted from the overall price.\" Other shops will tell me i had a blown head gasket without even testing my truck. I decided to call Bucky\'s; spoke to Jessica and explained my situation and experiences with the other shops. Jessica stated \" bring your truck in and we\'ll diagnosed the problem for free and let you know how much you\'ll be spending on repairs\" who can say NO to a proposition like this one? That same day Jessica, Ivan and her crew worked on my truck and found out that the new thermostat i had replaced was defective. They replaced it with a new one and now my truck is running perfectly. I needed a pre-cat (catalytic converter). When they went to put the part on the car it was then realized that the gasket was missing. Alicia started calling around with no luck. No one had the gasket. She finally found one in Burlington and drove to Burlington and back to get the gasket. I didn\'t know what I was going to do if she hadn\'t gone above and beyond.
