Lowe's floor department was extremely helpful from selecting rugs and lamentant flooring, to scheduling, and installation. Every step was supported and far superior to other competing stores. The end product is now installed and we are very pleased. I would recommend Lowe's for every home improvement project.

In short, up front the customer service is good until you've paid. Once you pay the customer service is poor. Do not contract to have one of their contractors come in to do work. If something goes wrong Lowe's will point the finger at the supplier/contractor and take no responsibility.
