Well, I thought I would give Judd & Black a try since I had them come out and convert a dryer from natural gas to propane, doing a great job. So, I purchased a new dishwasher for over 1K from their Marysville Washington store, it has been a week and I called to confirm a delivery date, of course they have to call me back, I knew something was up then. So, after a few minutes I get the call, the salesman Chris calls and tells me he forgot to place the order and it will be another 12 days until it can get delivered. So, by the time it gets delivered it will have taken 20 days from the date of purchase, I should cancel the sale, Home Depot could still have it here in three days, not the additional 12 days from today. I am not impressed to say the least. It looks like Home Depot will get my business from here on out.

This was my first time shopping at Judd and Black.. I must say Gerad (Our sales Rep) did a fantastic job... He was very knowledgeable in his product.... Being in sales myself I like to negotiate, And im extremely confident I got a great deal....If your thinking of new appliances, GO SEE GERAD IN SALES AT THE EVERETT STORE AND TELL HIM JARED SENT YOU FROM THIS REVIEW...... I am the 3rd generation from my family who shops at Judd and Black. My dryer recently went out (NOT purchased from them) and got a great deal on the dryer I wanted. They didn't have it in stock, so it took a little less than a week to get it. They said it would be here by 9am, they called at 8:25 to say they were on their way and were here by 8:35am. By 8:45 they had taken away the old one, hooked up the new one and before 9am I had everything moved back into my laundry room- ready to caught up on things. I couldn't have asked for better service, both in the store where we got a great deal and here at the house when they hooked it up. I would HIGHLY recommend doing business with them. I know I will go to them the next time I need an appliance.

Have been shopping there for years (as well as my family), but had a similar part delay but the Service Manager was able to take a part from a new machine & I was taken care of with-in 2 day after notification! Thanks J&B!

dissatisfied with the service and the turn around and the service time, i was told seven to ten working days for items that I ordered and after fifteen working days I am still waiting on my order and all I get is forward to an answering machine for which my calls are never returned. I would have been better off ordering from the manufactory for the parts needed with a better responce time.
