General Info
I opened a clinic on Colby Avenue in Everett in 1990. Then, in 1995 I moved to a new clinic at Broadway in Everett. I received my education and training as an acupuncturist and worked in the hospital setting in China and in the outpatient clinic setting in America. With more than 30 years of experience I have been in practice, I have never lost my love for my profession. I am happy to be an acupuncturist and I love to help people and see them well. Acupuncture is one of the oldest healing methods in traditional Chinese medicine, and embodies the greatest achievements accumulated during 4,000 years of medical practice. Techniques of acupuncture and moxibustion have been handed down from ancient times and improved over more than two hundred generations of research and refinement. Yet, although acupuncture has been successfully treating patients for thousands of years, surprising figures recently released from the World Health Organization show that this ancient healing art is the fastest growing primary health care system in the world.

My wife and myself, had looked for an acupunturest for years before we found Joy in the early nineties. We were free-lance writers and Photographers. Willo wrote books, and I did articles, When she got in to childerns books and started winning awards, this required traveling to schools and Libraries in the US and Canada. This is hard on abody that is already out of shape from many hours working at a computeer. We found a visit to Joy helped a great deal before we began one of our tours. We have been in every state that had a bridge to it, we missed several provinces to the north of us. We knew on our return, Joy would get us back in shape. David W. Roberts, for Willo Davis Roberts
