This box asked me to describe my experience. . .well here is my experience when dealing with this facility. My daughter called them this morning to tell them that I would be picking up my grandson today. They told her to make sure I bring my ID since I would need to "show it" before they would release him to me. When I arrived to pick up my grandson they would not release him to me unless I gave them a copy of my driver's license which they would then place in a file in an UNLOCKED file cabinet for anyone to access. Now having been the victim of identity theft five years ago by an employee of another business telling me "we are a business" doesn't make me feel any safer. Add to this experience that the owner was extremely rude to me as well as all her employees. When I knocked on the door a second time to ask how long it would be before the owner arrived they completely ignored the knock so I had to knock loudly to get them to come to the door so I could ask. The lady who came to the

If this is the day care in everett then I wouldnot recommend to send yur kids there. I had horrible experience with it. My son was one of the first kids that went there but did not last long bc the teachers were different everyday. They did not treat my son the same for some reason. My son is a well- behave kid, never had any problem with teachers. One time, I dropped my son off a lil late than normal, we walked in during breakfast, one teacher told my son to sit down n did not ask himif he wants something to eat or drink. I stood there for a while, my son urn around n told my to ask for food for him. I asked the teacher, she then gave him some but with attitude. She gave him food but not water so I asked her, another nasty look she gave me. Another reason is one time I dropped him off during some kind of class aactivities , they were sitting down ar the table but some kids were running around. Teacher did not let my son sit with other kids but sat him down at a different table by himself like as if he did something wrong but I noticed that they had lots of room for my son at the other table with the other kids. Also, the teachers did not care when I mentioned to them that my son is allergic to some foods the we do not know y.They were so careless bc they did not ask me for medication but I had med. In his backpack which later I found out that other kids might go through his backpack to drink or play with his med. After a month or so, my son did not want to go there anymore. He cried bf I dropped him off so we decided to go somewhere else that people value us. Im notfinished writing the review but its tooooooo much wrong things going on with that daycare so hopefully they have changed but good luck with it if u guys decide to send yur kids there n keep an eye on yur kids n the service

I dont think it is very inviting to have the guy sleepin and snoring away when parents are walking in to drop off their child in the mornings. It is just uneasy and unprofessional

Dear Robbiegurl18, First I apologize if you are not satisfied with our program. It is my policy to address any concerns parents may have. If these concerns had been brought directly to management I would assure that you are only seeing a part of the picture. Classroom schedules are posted within each classroom and can be shared with you at any time. We are not an accredited preschool but I assure you that we are performing daily curriculum and activities and it is very evident with in the classroom. As for employees that do not address families that is 100% not o.k. with me and I will have conversations with those teachers regarding that. Many of my teachers are moms and have a huge love for children. I guarantee that no employee in the childcare field makes what they are worth. Wages for teachers are based on experience, length of employment and dedication. For holidays staff usually have time off, so there may be substitutes. I hope this helps. Thank you for your business.
We have been attending this daycare now for 2 months and there are a few things that bug me. The staff is a mixed review, most are very nice and professional but the day we went to take a tour we were allowed in the classroom and the teacher made no attempt to introduce herself or to give us information, also they were standing arms crossed, no interaction with the kids. Which is my second problem, there's not really a set schedule for the kids sake, they have a different teacher every day, When I asked a fellow teacher about this they said they were getting back into the swing of things due to the holidays. They come the same time every year, that's not a valid excuse. The food is fine though, the kids aren't miserable, its fine a for a daycare, not great for a preschool. I feel that I'm paying about $200 more than what my child is getting quality wise. Most of these teachers are moms who's children attend the daycare, and they are paid minimum wage, it's OK, the place just needs work
