Exceeded my expectations. This was my first time renting an RV. I had waited until May, which is super late, to try to rent my RV and all the places I called were out. But this place had one left and they gave us a great price. I was able to take care of all the paperwork online which was nice because I lived almost an hour drive away. The gentleman I worked with, Jack, was great and he even went above and beyond to contact and work with my insurance company for coverage of the RV instead of trying to sell me other insurance. During our trip, one of the keys got stuck in the lock, I was able to call right away and talk to another gentleman at the rental center that gave us permission to drill the lock out and didn't even charge us for it. This saved our trip. I have worked in Customer Service for a long time, and I was extremely impressed with how smooth and painless this rental experience was. I will definitely work this this company again.

The staff (everyone) was helpful, answered all of our questions, took time to show us how to run the thing.We will be back. No question. Thanks, everyone at Five Star, for making our first-ever RV experience such a good one!
