For over 60 years the Everett Housing Authority provides affordable housing solutions across Everett. It offers housing on the basis of income based allocations and bidding. The facilities are mainly available for rental occupancy as well as lease. The company has differential provisions for applicants including special privileges for senior or disabled people. Its community resources include food shelter, clothing, health/ legal support, education/ employment, child care/ parenting and many more. Everett Housing Authority is governed by a Board of Commissioners comprising a body of six citizens appointed by the Mayor of Everett.
