i have visited this place a few times. my shih tzu always comes out looking nice.. they give cute bows in her hair. only complaint i have is she doesnt come out smelling all that clean. i dont know if it is just the shampoo they use or they just dont wash her very well.or dont use enough shampoo. i like they place just wish they would make her smell better leaving. but over all i am pretty happy with the groomers there.

I have been using Joy's for about 10 years- They are great with types of dogs. I have an elderly lab with bad arthritis and they always take extra care with her. Even my chihuahua loves the attention!
