I've lived on the west coast for 16 years now, and have SCOURED the Seattle area 11 of those years looking for REAL, authentic NY Pizza. Brooklyn Brothers in Everett is a quite simply a homerun. GREAT high temp oven, perfect dough (yes, tossed and allowed to rise) and crust (slight char to the thin, foldable bottom with large individual air bubbles plus a crunchy end crust with a flaky interior). Cheese is the perfect New York blend, meshing and pooling...yup, it's PollyO. Sauce is spiced just right as well as balanced with the rest of the pie. No canadian bacon/ham or pineapple on the menu (that's not NY pizza, that's Cali Pizza). Finish it off with a great cannoli. Cold beer on tap, plenty of seating, owner's wife is extremely pleasant and personable, and pizza by the slice IS available! The also have sicilian...haven't tried it yet. Can't bear to part with perfection...:) I highly recommend this place to many o' friend (although I make a 45 minute drive to get here! But O' so worth it!)

Fun, laid-back atmosphere (you can watch them make pizza and even "tag" the wall with a personal message), very good, typical NY-style pizza (I'm from NY) that fills you up quickly. Also like the caprese salad offering, with fresh mozzarella, basil, tomato. We take our kids here and they love it.

Another great addition to Downtown Everett. Good atmosphere. Very good pizza.
