Had my van for over eight days, on two separate visits. Called me up told me they didn't know how to fix and charged me over $1300.00. They suggested I take it to PEP BOY's(WOW) First visit they replaced two exhaust donut's, fuel filter, air cleaner, cap, rotor and removed the catalytic converter with out replacing, making the vehicle illegal per emission standards. $1000.00 charge, told me vehicle was running well, I drove home two blocks seemed ok, next day vehicle was running rough again, had to use the vehicle on a trip ran horrible entire trip. Brought vehicle back on next business day Tuesday they kept till Friday and called me to tell me to take it somewhere else. When I took the van in Tuesday I said I wanted the catalytic converter replaced, they offered to put the old one back in for Free(this being the one they removed because they thought this was the problem) so I had to buy a new CAT $299 charge told me they were giving me a deal and "we didn't charge you labor" (WOW) This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at auto repair shop. SloWWWWW and still couldn't fix it right. Couldn't admit they were clueless till after they got deep in my pocket and eight days a valuable time. Rank amateurs who have no shame. They took this fools money don't let them take yours.
