IF I could give more stars I would!! I have an Autistic son and recently contacted Arc for assistance for accessing services in community. I had called all assistance organization. Keyboard by 211, either calls were not returned or before I could even tell them the reason for call, I was told they were unable to help. ARC was last on the list and I was expecting the same treatment. I emailed the coordinator Mrs Sally and received a call the next day. We spoke for a bit and she gave me some referral numbers. A few days later I received a follow up email, we emailed back and forth and she listened to what my family was going through and actually truly cared..That was over a month ago , and we still continue. to communicate. ARC provided my family with help and support when no other program would. I cannot Begin to express my gratitude for this organization and there dedicated caring staff. They are truly a blessing. These people are so amazing!! They have been the best resourse I have found..Its hard what to believe, and besides reading what they have on there sight, there is always someone there to talk with, That right there has been the biggest thing for me, to beable to feel the love an support of caring others and not feel like your alone! sometimes just talking to them makes you feel so much better and the resourses they have is growing all the time. I truely dont know what I would of done without them, its hard to believe or know who to trust and that is the biggest thing, cause your mind goes spinning in a million different directions, and the people at the Arc, help you float back to the top so you dont feel like your drowning anymore....Thank you so so so much ARC staff, your deeply loved....Pamala Robieson ( With a 16 yrs old Son, wth Asburgers & ADD)
