Cavalieri construction is a union company that uses non union truck drivers. They use unqualified employees and rush through jobs constantly leaving job sites a disaster. The office personnel is uneducated especially their assistant project manager Rich Cortese. The company is in the mothers name so the father and son Jim Cavalieri Jr. And Sr. Can hold union books in local 4 operating engineers..neither one of them can even operate a bobcat. They run a very sketchy operation. They have numerous OSHA violations and cut corners every chance they can. My guess is the doors at Cavalieri construction won't be open very much longer..the vice President is the daughter who was placed into the position by her mommy and daddy..she has absolutely no construction background. All their equipment is held together by zip ties and bubble gum. They are by far the worst construction company ive ever seen.. They also owe out more money then they take in. So for your own sake choose a different company.
