Evansville Manor is a community-owned, Medicare- and Medicaid-certified, skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. The center specializes in short- and long-term rehabilitative care, as well as physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapies. It is a more than 80-bed facility, providing 24-hour licensed nursing, special dietary services and a wide variety of activity programs. It provides semiprivate and private rooms with adjoining bathroom, closet, and telephone and cable television service, covered shelter and patio seating areas. Its common areas include solariums, lounges, dining room and living room with a bird aviary and large-screen TV. The facility is fully equipped with fire sprinkler systems and complies with the National Fire Protection Association. Located in Evansville, Wis., the facility is certified to provide services to individuals covered by various insurance plans, including DeanCare and Mercy Care.
