Luke is the man and worth way more money!!! He has went above and beyond for me multiple times( I rent for a slumlord company as well making it tougher). He is a good man and treats his customers with care and respect!!! He always is friendly and takes great care of the families and their homes!!! When I move out of this dump I will continue to use Rays because of him!!! Thank you Luke for being a master of your craft as well as treating people with care and kindness!!! Definitely recommend!!!

Extremely poor quality equipment and no sense of urgency with furnace issues. Had our newly bought furnace purchase in late December break down 4 times leaving us without heat during winter with our toddler. Maintenance men have come and left us without heat because they werent prepared leaving us in a 58° house. We have been nothing but nice despite our MANY problems and we feel very taken advantage of for it.

We have used Ray’s for many years. They have installed central air units, 2 water heaters and a new combo a/c furnace unit, in addition to a separate furnace & a/c unit. (This work was completed on 2 different homes we’ve owned. They are very reputable, punctual, knowledge, reasonably- priced and a great company to work on your heating/cooling/water heater needs.
