      Didn't realize how bad my Kirby had become until it broke. Prompt repair. Excellent communication. My vacuum is like new! Thank you! Highly recommend.

      I don't care for them. Owner over charged me on my repair and tried hard to sell me a vacuum. They are rude and the place is dirty (don't they sell vacuums?)
