I had to wait about an hour after I got to Los bravos to actaully get my food last night. My friends all had their food about a half an hour before I got mine ( that is including a girl who ordered her food ten minutes after the rest of my party). When I finally got my food it was cold and my fries seemed to be cooked more than once. I had to ask for my food four times and the waitress just kept saying there was a problem in the kitchen. I had the easiest dish out of all my party. I finally asked for the manager once my food was brought to me cold and I had no silver wear. I waited ten minutes and the manager never came so we tried to get another waiter to our table to get the manager. He looked at us as we tried to get his attention, than looked at our first waitress, than back at us before he turned his back on us and sat down. We were also told that they were busy and that was another reason for the problems with our food, but there were four employees sitting at a table in the dinning area (this included our waitress and the other servers working the room). I had to get up and tell all the servers I wanted the manager before I finaly got to speak with her. Her response to me was that my server didn't know much english and that is one of the problems we were having, other than the kitchen and it being so busy. I will not go back and suggest that, unless you like being treated horribly and not getting any service, you do not go there as well

This restuarant has awesome, authentic mexican food! My favorite! And the drinks are also very good.
