Heart Centered Hypnotherapy is a powerful way to address underlying emotions and energy that have kept you struggling with symptoms of Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Weight, Smoking, Poor Self Esteem, and Addiciton/Relapse. Each session is 90 Minutes with release work, healing affirmations and you leave the session with a CD of the healing work to listen to. Hypnosis has been shown to give symptom relief in fewer sessions and long term results. No need for weekly sessions as the healing continues with the CD and after a few weeks the second session takes place. Traditional Talk Therapy is also available for less intense issues.
