After an excellent beginning with Craddock Finishing, the items painted by them for our first purchase order were terrible, not living up to the samples provided by the company. They made it right by adjusting the price and we continued to do business with them. It quickly deteriorated, as the quality of work was substandard, they became insulting and the work deteriorated further. We finally requested our product back, paid full price for their inadequate paint job, and even lost some of our raw product to "unknown" sources (we think they just kept them for themselves, as too many pieces were missing). Even their billing dept. made mistakes on the invoices, which had to be individually reviewed and edited. Poor quality of finishing, terrible customer service, no reason to do business with them under any conditions. Find another company.
