In the store, employees could answer some questions. We were encouraged to ask the field agent specific maintenance questions at our home as this was our first experience with a pool. This company had been servicing our pool since the previous owners installed it several years prior. I found the field agents to be very unfriendly & unwilling to answer my questions. We didn't open our pool last year because if this attitude. The same owners still operate this business today. We found out that no other service is willing to travel to our location. We are trying to find someone to show us how to do the job ourselves to avoid using this service provider. I find comfort being treated with a smile and a "Thank you for your business" when I welcome a stranger into my home and shell out money hand over fist.
