Provided by YP.comWorst customer service I have seen from any company in a service industry. I had to take off 3 days of work because they could not tell us the correct day they wanted to come to deliver our services rather than the internet/cable installation on the same day (which makes the most sense and was originally scheduled). The office person tried to blame ME!!! for asking their technician why he wasn't installing cable also durring the first visit, like we asked. The technician was very nice, however. Its mostly the incompetence in their office scheduling which makes this company blow!!! ***UPDATE*** Today (04/23/2014), I received a written notice in the mail (that was back dated to 4/15 to appear to give more notice, even though the company and post office are in the same town as I am) stating that on 4/30, they would be removing channels from my line-up. These same channels, I had paid extra money for an extended cable programming package in order to receive. The note exclaims that I may be able to get some of these channel's shows online through their website or Hulu. This is not the first time this type of channel programming incident has occurred. A few months ago, I was originally delighted to learn through another written mailed notice that the NFL network would be added to my programming. A few days later (towards the end of the football season), I called to see why I was not receiving the channel and after 2 more phone calls and 3 technician visits, I was actually able to receive this channel. The recent note exclaims that I may be able to get some of these soon-to-be-removed channels' shows online through the channels' websites or Hulu. I would strongly encourage anyone who is not under contract with All-West to do the same without purchasing their cable television services!
