Stay away!

We hired Darrell and Doll House Innovations a few weeks ago to repair damaged dry wall at one of our rental properties. We paid him a down payment of roughly $950. He repeatedly failed to show up for the job (despite us calling him each day and him always assuring us he would be at the property within 20-45 minutes). Eventually he went completely silent on us. We asked for a refund roughly 1 week ago. We were twice able to get ahold of Darrell by dialing from different phone numbers. Each time, he assured us he would be refunding our down payment in 20-45 minutes. The refunds never issued, and each time he stopped answering subsequent calls.

We are still attempting to get our down payment refunded.
