first time, just tryed to save money. had a great experience, so came back with family who met here because we're from all over the country. great living room, library, bathrooms that work, lots of hot water. a/c was noisy, but cool. best loction. close to lots of food/music/bike shops, take the trains two blocks away. meeting rooms on most floors, and resturaunt /wine celler in the basement, good weather eat in the gap between next yard. nice folks, know their town, jsut seconds away from walker bro's pancakes in wilmette..
