Riverside Elementary School, operated by the Columbia County Schools, offers enrollment to more than 700 students in grades kindergarten through five. The school s curriculum includes classes in English, math, music, science, social studies, and health and physical education. Additionally, it offers classes in computer applications, reading, language arts and writing. The school also offers tutorial program to students who need additional assistance with their school work. It also offers media, counseling, nursing and psychological services to its students. The school s extracurricular activities include sports, such as soccer, basketball, and track and field. The school has a library and offers a daily lunch menu at the cafeteria.
