The first year of membership was outstanding. The next year I was charged erroneous fees which took significant work to sort out. Customer service is terrible. I even had a staff member raise her voice with me on the phone. Trying to get in contact with a staff member to deal with your claim leads to the old run around, with lots of transfers and call back promises. Eventually, they refunded the fee but only 60% of it!! Still trying to sort this out. Once I resolve everything I will close all accounts with this credit union.
