I needed a replacement battery for my home security system - The store did not have them in stock and while I was at the store, Kevin, looked for 20 minutes or more for a way to order the battery. He called other stores, sent pictures on the phone, etc...but could not find it. He told me he would continue to look and call me if he found it. A few hours later he called me and had located the battery I needed - He told me he could order it and have it delivered with their regular delivery a couple of days later and there would be no freight charge. Kevin was a great help to me and I appreciate his professionalism. Great Customer Service is what I look for and I will definitely continue to use this store as my battery store!
