Unfortunately, they don't stand behind their work. If you've picked up clothing and haven't inspected it within 3 days thoroughly for any damage, then you're out of luck if you want even an apology for the damage done. It's ironic that a moth would damage the same location on 2 separate pair o pans from the same order, but would not do any damage rot other clothing within the wardrobe...the $10 discount for $100 worth of business is my worth it...turning in my remaining credit as this is a business that can't stand behind their work.
