The only thing Spooner's has going for it is that there are no other local frozen custard stores. Otherwise, the product is sub-par and the service is terrible. I've been there several times with family and the experience continues to decline. Won't go there again after our latest trip. They couldn't seem to make a vanilla shake for my husband. First one had no taste and the second was just custard in a cup. When I raised my concerns, I was treated poorly. It's a shame! I miss the city and Ted Drewes!
