I always get excellent service...but what would be helpful is a message on your phone with business hours. The hours are not even on the website. I do not have them memorized.

Very poor service. Every month I schedule an appt to avoid waiting in line for my nail tech, and every time after waiting for 20 mins for my appt they come and tell me my nail tech is over booked and they can't do me at that time. While waiting I have overheard many other people that this has happened to.They have an appt book, it doesn't seem like rocket science.

I have been coming to this salon in the past year, all the technicians were nice to me and my friends, but i was so disappointed, i came in yesterday to have my nail done, she did a beautiful job on my nail, i always leave the tip but this time i can't, because the owner of the salon took the tip line out from the credit card receipt, i don't want to use the ATM, b/c it will charge in my account. Is the owner don't want to pay tax, i am a self employ, too. Should i report this issue to the BBB?

My experience there has been good as long as I get specific technicians to do my mani/pedi. The place has a nice decor but it's always messy and feels chaotic (2.5 stars). HOWEVER, the work is good and my preferred technicians are friendly and take good care of me to make sure I'm happy (4.5 stars).

I went as a first time walk in. I did have a wait, but that is to be expected. They were very courteous, got to me as quickly as they could, and did an excellent job on my new set of nails. I definitely will go back. The spa is new, so it is very clean, but you can also see that they take great pride in keeping it that way.
