I recently visited the Laser Wash of Euless on Monday night 5/19/2014, This is my new car that I only bought three weeks ago, I had been before and had no problems, and I have only used this car wash since I have gotten my car... this time once I got back home I noticed that there were SCRATCHES EVERYWHERE... I have tried to call them repeatedly, left quite a few voicemails, and even more emails. They are not taking responsibility for what their machine has done to my car. I will not be continuing to go to this car wash to clean my car... Especially since I am not getting a professional response from the company themselves about helping me take care of this matter. Not to mention, that it didn't clean my car as it should have... a total let down. I would suggest going somewhere else.

Just had my car a week and had a non dented rub scratch on my car after I left but it took me a few days to notice it. Ugh. Cost 230 to fix. I regret visiting this car wash.

Two months ago I took my car through for a wash. During the wash, I felt a bump of the car, but assumed it was the tire scrubber. When I pulled out to dry the car, I noticed major scratched marks and dent to my car! I called their comments and hotline number and got no response. I spoke to the guy on duty, gave him my name and number and he took pictures. To this day, after several calls and voicemails left, they have NOT responded! Stay away! Go to the newly opened carwash across the street or even to Simoniz in Bedford! I repeat, stay away for the car of your and the NON-response you'll receive!

very poor experience. first of all, I emptied my car in order to vacuum & there was no change machine & no one there had change. I had to walk to the nearby 7/11 for change. Then, I put my coins in & the vacuum didn t work. No one was in the office to give a refund. I reloaded my car and later went on the website to contact someone about it. After 2 emails & a phone call, no one answered. It s been over a month & I m here to warn people: avoid this place!
