I am new to town and this is third groomer I've tried. First two were chain stores and hard to get an appointment as I have busy schedule. I scheduled appt at hop same day I called. Should've been red flag right there. I picked her up and cut looked cute but after getting her home, mindy was uncomfortable and in obvious pain. I found that not only most of her toenails split in half did to dull toenail clippers( got that info due to bringing her to be examined by professional) also she had razor/shearer burn around her female parts so bad it was leaking blood. I went to talk to owner about it next morning and given no comfort or remorse. I didn't want refund , but only to save anyone from allowing this to happen to they're child. It has broken our heart and disrupted our life. If I could upload picture I would.

The staff is awesome, they cared for my poodle like I would of if I had the time to groom him. They love dogs, the management is great.

se to enjoy bringing my dogs in to get groomed and some doggie daycare because because the owner was so happy and bubbley but most of all caring. happy now seems to be sad,bubbley has gone flat,and caring has disappeared. WHATS HAPPENED TO THE HOUSE OF PAWS??? Seems to be... CONTROLLED PERSONALITIES!!!
I love these guys! They have a great special on Sunday's and treated me and my dogs with tender loving care. Awesome job!
I regularly take my toy poodle Muffin to the House of Paws. They always take excellent care of her and she always comes out smelling great for days with bows. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. One of the groomers was a vet tech for many years so she knew what would help Muffins skin when she had problems. I recomend the House of Paws to all of my friends and family members and will continue using them!

I love that you can have your dogs groomed on a Sunday and only pay 1/2 price!
