Rude and unprofessional customer service

We have visited the drive thru at this particular Goldent Chick 3 times and each time we were asked to wait 17-20 minutes for fried chicken. I might be expecting too much but on the last time the lady told me if i had called them they would have had my chicken ready.......REALLY, i should call a fast food chicken place so they can cook something they should already be cooking........I DONT THINK SO!!!!!! Extra rude people.......Not really sure what their food tastes like because i can never get any!!

the there is all completely with bad attitudes. i asked for hotsauce and a plastic bag to take my to go food. you would have thought i asked for a million dollars by the dirty looks and bad attitudes started to flow. i got out there quick and will never go back. they seem like the type to spit in your food while you are looking, and also they don't even say thank you unless you look just like them, otherwise they will be so rude, uncooperative, & hateful.

I walked into this rest and it stuck bad. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and ordered food to go. Service was horrible. I ate my food in the parking lot and it was very bad. I called the restaurant and asked to speak with the manager and the girl at the counter kept saying we're very busy and would hang up. I called back and asked for owner name she hung up again. If the owner should read this you have a serious problem. Good Luck
