Orlando was the representative that I dealt with on the phone and he was also the one who came to my house. He was very professional and very personable. Orlando came to service my air-conditioning units, which had not been serviced since we owned the house (3 yrs). He kept me appraised of every step and any problems as they came up. I needed some ducting moved and had scheduled that for another day, however my system needed more freon then he had with him. He was able to run back to the shop to pick up more freon and get the material that he needed to complete the move of my ducting all at the same time. We will definitely use Complete Cool Air again and recommend them to anyone who needs help with their heating and/or cooling systems. It was a pleasure to work with someone who was so knowledgeable and respecting.
