I have used them several times and have had no complaints. They have always been fair with the pricing and effective in fixing the problem. I have and will keep on recommending them to others. It's bc of a recommendation as to how I became a customer.

These people are great! I have had 3 different problems with this old unit. They arrived in less than an hour... only once did they replace a part. They don't try to sell you something you don't need. They don't charge an arm and leg for service. They really know what they're doing. I am a customer for life.

Jan 07,2010, The repairman was 40 mins late. After working on my heater he told me (with great detail) what the problem was. He indicated that while my unit was very old he was sure he had a part at the shop that he would be able to use . He stated he had other calls to make he would get the part and meet me later that day at 4:30 pm with the part and complete the repairs. At 6:05 pm he still did not show and no phone call, so I called the shop to find out where he was. "He said that he never agreed to come back and fix the heater and that he also told me he did not and could not get that part". Yet he left my heating unit disassembled.

So I waited all day assuming he would come back to fix my heater as he said (in the coldest wheater we have had in years)and he did not show nor did he call and then lied when he was questioned.



This company is not one to do business with and a complaint will be filed with the BBB.
