I just called the number on this site and it went to voicemail. I couldn't leave a message because it hadn't been set up. Seriously??

I was in the store November 26, 2013. The service was excellent, the employees polite and attentive. The clerk helped me with my postal mail, notarized some legal papers, and made sure they went out on the next pickup. I appreciated the fact that the employees did not talk among themselves as they were doing my order. Nothing irritates me more--okay okay, republicans do--than being waited on by a person who continues his/her conversation with another clerk and never makes eye contact with the customer. The employees at this location focused on the customers and listened to what they wanted. I was a little taken back at having to pay $10 for each of my 3 signatures I scribed on the legal documents. I could have dropped by most any lawyer's office and would not have been charged out of professional courtesy. But I decided that I would just pay the $10 rather than interrupt their day. When I found I had to pay $10 for each of my 3 signatures, I thought it a bit much.
