I went here specifically to get my bangs trimmed. I had to go back the next day to get them repaired, and the second lady butchered them even worse. I reached out to the store manager and owner about getting a refund and got the run around for over a week, and then they told me calling customer service was my only recourse. I have never had a bad experience at a Supercuts so this was shocking!
