I am fed up with this business. I gave them a 50% deposit May 5th 2015 for cabinets. I was told they would be here to measure in 3 weeks, which they were. After waiting another 5 weeks, I called to check on them. I was told they would arrive "by Friday". I waited all day Friday, finally calling at 4 to check on them. They couldn't deliver them, because there were issues with QC, so now they would be delivered on Monday. So they get here, they are gorgeous, the contractor starts putting them in the flowing Monday and discovers that the sink cabinet has too big of a hole for the sink. The measurer could have looked at the picture on the website and seen the sink and how it fit in. So I call and tell her about the problem and she says they are 3 days out for the tech to come and fix it. It has now been a week since that conversation and I just received a phone call to schedule the fix for next Tuesday. By then it will have been 11 weeks since I ordered them. No only have had had to cope with 2X as long to get here, my contractor has to work me into his schedule, so he is being jerked around and I feel that I have been left out of the loop and not told the true timeframe. This is no way to treat a customer and expect that customer to refer your business to others.

Called the corporate offices and explained we wanted some modifications made to some kitchen cabinets. I was referred to the field office in Sacramento. I left two messages that were never returned. I guess they don't need the business.
