Very quick and friendly service!

I have been coming to this cleaner for years and they have never let me down. Very friendly service! I would highly reccomend them to anyone.

I brought in a brand new, black cotton blazer. I had sweated through the armpits and there were light salt rings in the pits. I asked them to pay special attention to this. When I picked up the jacket it wasn't clean.The girl at the counter said the cleaning process doesn't remove sweatbut that they could deodorize the arm pits. I said that the jacket didn't smell, but the light salt ring needed proper cleaning. She said they would clean the jacket a second time free of charge to see if the light stains would lift. When I picked up the jacket the second time, the lapels were visibly worn at the tips, the jacket rumpled, and the lining hanging loose as though the cotton exterior had shrunk (which it hadn't). There was a large, blue stain under one armpit. It was obvious that about 1/3 cup of industrial deodorizer had bee poured over the armpit, and spilled down the sleeve. The jacket stank like Fabreeze. This was a $70 tailored garment and now it's ruined. NEVER go to this cleaner!

f I could give less I would...... I brought in my husband's shirts and a few pants to be cleaned easy a nuff right. The girl in the front was very nice she told me she was sorry she was new. We'll hell we all here been new somewhere. She asked the other girl for some help and wow she was so rude calling her names "stuge" "use your brain" well needless to say I don't know who the girl stayed!!!! But when I came back she was still there with a smile on her face and happy. She got my stuff and told me to have a excellent rest of my day which made me happy because no one really says it like that anymore! I told my husband I wouldn't go back but just because of her I will..... ooh yes my stuff was cleaned very well and pressed very nicely but everyone remembers the people up front and if they are rude that's all you remember not any thing else so to the owner of the store maybe you should come by and see how Blondie treats everyone!!! If not for "new girl" I would never come back!!!!
