I have been a Real Estate Broker for over 12 years. Not only can I provide mentoring home sellers and buyers with traditional home transactions, but I also have a Certified Distressed Property Expert Certification. This enables me to provide good and accurate advice in handling of short sales and bank owned properties. I also provide unique services that include mentoring for clients who are interested in real estate investments. Gary instructs a "Real estate Investment Class on a monthly basis. I taught elementary and middle school students in the Eugene 4J School District for 33 years before transitioning to my other love - residential real estate. Since then I have helped to successfully guide many buyers and sellers through their residential transactions. Many of them are former students or their parents who trusted me with their real estate needs as they did with an education. I guess that I still teach, only now the subject is real estate.
